We stand behind our reports. If ShapeMyMeal isn't the right fit for you, email admin@shapemymeal.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount paid.

How to request a refund
- Email us from the address you used at purchase.
- Include your order ID (in your receipt) or the email used at checkout.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exclusions
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
- Refund abuse (multiple refunded purchases on the same email or payment method) may be declined.
- Coaching subscriptions, when launched, will have their own terms.
